Warm water, a drop of washing-up liquid and a soft cloth. Take it off for the gym and for anything abrasive. Keep it away from bleach and chlorine. Do not polish a brushed band with a cloth impregnated with polishing compound; it will bring the surface up bright.

Nickel-safe: nickel release is tested to UK REACH limits of 0.5 micrograms per square centimetre per week for items in prolonged contact with the skin. Lead and cadmium are within the limits set by the same regulation.
